  • Our team handles everything from delivery and setup to hosting and teardown. We’ll arrive before your event to build and test the simulator so it’s ready when your guests arrive. All we need is a flat 20-by-20-foot space, at least 10 feet of overhead clearance, and access to a standard electrical outlet. We’ll coordinate the logistics with you or your venue in advance for a smooth event day.

  • Absolutely. We can incorporate your company or sponsor branding through custom signage, digital displays, competition names, live leaderboards, and branded prizes. We’ll work with you to create a polished event that gives your company/sponsors meaningful visibility and feels fully integrated into your event.

  • The Greenroom works well for both small teams and large corporate events with hundreds of attendees. Guests rotate through the simulator throughout the event, and our hosts keep participation organized and moving. For larger groups, we recommend quick-play formats like Closest to the Pin or Long Drive so more guests can participate without long wait times.

  • Yes! We operate all year long and can accommodate both indoor and outdoor events. For colder months, we recommend indoor venues, tents with heaters, or garages to keep your guests comfortable.

  • We serve the Kansas City metro area, including both Kansas and Missouri sides. For events outside the metro, travel fees may apply, contact us for details.
