We work directly with your venue or wedding planner to ensure a seamless setup and teardown. Our team arrives 1.5–2 hours prior and needs a flat space at least 20’ wide x 20’ deep x 10’ high, with access to a power source. We can set up indoors or outdoors (weather permitting), in venues, warehouses, backyards, or even golf courses.

Couples love incorporating The Greenroom at different points throughout the day — we’ll tailor the experience to fit your schedule. Popular times include:

• Morning of the wedding – a fun, laid-back activity for the groom and groomsmen while the bride gets ready

• Cocktail hour – keeps guests entertained while the couple takes photos

• Reception – a unique side attraction during dinner, dancing, and mingling

• After-party – keeps the competitive energy going into the night

Whether you're looking to surprise your guests or give your bridal party something memorable, we’ve got you covered.

Definitely. You can add:

• Custom digital signage with your names or monogram

• Personalized golf balls as unique guest favors

• A branded digital leaderboard featuring your wedding hashtag
We’ll make the experience feel uniquely you.

Absolutely. The simulator offers mini-games and beginner-friendly options, making it fun for all skill levels and ages. It’s meant to be inclusive and entertaining, even for those who’ve never swung a club.

Kids clubs are available upon request.

We keep things fast-paced and fun. In a typical 4–5 hour event, we can accommodate 75+ guests with mini-games like closest-to-the-pin and rotating play. Everyone gets a turn — and a good laugh.

And it’s not just about the person swinging — the crowd gets into it too! Guests love cheering each other on, watching the leaderboard, and celebrating the great (and not-so-great) shots. It creates a lively, interactive atmosphere that keeps everyone entertained.

Hosting a larger event? We can bring two simulators and set them up side by side for double the action and even more engagement.

Yes! We operate all year long and can accommodate both indoor and outdoor events. For colder months, we recommend indoor venues, tents with heaters, or garages to keep your guests comfortable.

We serve the Kansas City metro area, including both Kansas and Missouri sides. For events outside the metro, travel fees may apply—contact us for details.
