We work directly with your venue or wedding planner to ensure a seamless setup and teardown. Our team arrives 1.5–2 hours prior and needs a flat space at least 20’ wide x 20’ deep x 10’ high, with access to a power source. We can set up indoors or outdoors (weather permitting), in venues, warehouses, backyards, or even golf courses.

Couples love incorporating The Greenroom at different points throughout the day — we’ll tailor the experience to fit your schedule. Popular times include:

We keep things fast-paced and fun. In a typical 4–5 hour event, we can accommodate 75+ guests with mini-games like closest-to-the-pin and rotating play. Everyone gets a turn — and a good laugh.

Hosting a larger event? We can bring two simulators and set them up side by side for double the action and even more engagement.

Yes! We operate all year long and can accommodate both indoor and outdoor events. For colder months, we recommend indoor venues, tents with heaters, or garages to keep your guests comfortable.

We serve the Kansas City metro area, including both Kansas and Missouri sides. For events outside the metro, travel fees may apply—contact us for details.
